INFORMATION FOR SPONSORS

The following options are available tocorporate sponsors of the conference:

1. If your company wishes to be a SPONSOR, your basic contribution will be
600 Euros.

This gives right to display your logo onour website (including a link to your own company website), plus exposure onthe conference programme and poster.
Please send us the logo resolution in 72 dpi, max size 150X100 pixels, and anyof these formats: .gif .jpg or .jpeg

2. If you wish to SPONSORand send COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES to the conference, the cost per person is 1,200Euros including fullboard from the evening of Saturday 24 to lunch of Wednesday 8 September 2005.If you require EXHIBITION SPACE RENTAL, please kindly let us know how much space you need andwhether you need any specific items (plugs, connections...). We will do ourbest to satisfy your needs, but the exhibition space is limited and subjectedto a fee that we will try to maintain at the lowest possible level.

3. If you wish your company to be a BENEFACTOR of this meeting, the contributionis 2,000 Euros. Thisgives you the same publicity as above, but in addition you will be earmarked asBENEFACTOR on the webpage and in the meeting booklet. In addition, this packageincludes full board accommodation for a company representative for the wholeduration of the meeting. For exhibition space rental, see above.

4. PARTICIPANT COMPANY MEMBERS who wish to attend the talks and postersessions are invited to register and submit their abstracts as all otherparticipants, and will be selected on the same basis. The registration fee forcorporate members is 1,100 Euros, including full board accommodation. However, thisparticipation alone can not be considered as a meeting sponsorship.
